Kayak NJ Lake Aeroflex Adventure http www flatwaterkayaker com Always a lot of activity at Lake Aeroflex It s a really great spot to paddle The lake the deepest glacial lake in NJ has a fantastic boat launch There is good fishing in the lake 2 years ago it was stocked with land locked salmon There is also a small airport at the one end of the lake with a flight school so there are small planes always out practicing when the weather is good Osprey s and cormorants are always present There are a pair of swans that live at the far eastern end of the lake On this trip I explored the far eastern end of the lake paddling the feeder stream witch during the summer months gets choked with lily pads and the depth can get very low Spring is the best time to explore this section Lake Illith is on the other side of the end of this stretch of water Unfortunately there is a portage to get to Lake Illlith as the water turns to a trickle not navigable Great sunny spring day exploring Lake Aeroflex more about at Kayak NJ Lake Aeroflex 041616

The ND Fishing Challenge was launched in April of 2010 with our first tournament at Graner Bottoms on the Missouri River and our second tournament at Six Mile Bay on Devils Lake In 2011 we added to our original two tournaments on the Missouri and Devils Lake and included an additional tournament on Lake Sakakawea in Parshall Bay Thanks to our generous volunteers and business sponsors the tournament has been able to grow in size every year Last year we had over 115 teams participate in the tournaments across the state and teams from each tournament walked away with cash prizes for their heaviest catch of Walleye For 2016 we are looking forward to having more fun and handing out more CASH and prizes more about at Why Support ND Fishing Challenge 2016
